If you are going to research terracotta you'll want to get started by digging up some clay. It is easily found under the topsoil in forested areas. So grab your shovel and get started.

You can't make terracotta without a kiln to bake the clay. Search for a kiln in the general search () and get to work constructing it.

One of the most common items produced is clay jars. They may seem simple but everyone needs a few clay jars so you'll be doing a brisk trade in no time!
