Step 1

The most defensible structures are built entirely from stone. You might be able to guess that this will take a lot of stone. Gather what you need to get started. You may have to build a stockpile if your personal inventory is not large enough.

Step 2

Start building your solid stone structure by placing a foundation of Stone Cubes. See the example image in the quest journal (Letter J).

Step 3

Adding some stairs will make it easier to enter and leave your new structure. See the example image in the quest journal (Letter J).
