Within Medieval Engineers there is the ability to "Blueprint" buildings. Meaning the ability to copy and paste whole buildings that have been created by the player or downloaded from the steam workshop.

BluePrint Controls

F10 - Open Blueprint screen
Ctrl+B - Copies the object your looking at and opens and creates a new blueprint in the blueprint screen.
Ctrl+C - Copy Object ( This is used for making blueprints as well! )
Ctrl+V - Paste Object
Ctrl+Alt+E - Export Model
Ctrl+X - asks to delete grid your looking at with the cursor. A popup window will appear.


These items are rotated the same as the Block Rotation.
