Flax Plants and Herb Plants are common but Wheat Straws can be found only occasionally. Far from unhospitable, steppe lands support occasional groves of Pine Trees as well as sparse Hazel bushes that can be used for engineering.
The steppe is home to the Dragon's Maw, one of the wonders of the world.
