Within Medieval Engineers there is the ability to change the world in many ways. First being the ability to transform the voxel terrain and choose the material of the voxel. There is also full control over the rotation of most blocks/items.

Voxel Material Controls

Block Controls

Block/Item Distance

Ctrl+Wheel Down - Moves block closer
Ctrl+Wheel Up - Moves block farther

Block/Item Rotation

E,PgDown - Rotate block Vertical +
Q,Delete - Rotate block Vertical -
Y,Home - Rotate block Horizontal +
R,Insert - Rotate block Roll +

Modes

J - Building mode. This switches between static(stationary) and dynamic(active/loose) building types within the environment.
LeftShift - Holding this key will activate Compound building mode.
Z - Toggles Compound building mode.
