After spending long hours of Simple Farming you probably have grown weary of all the manual labor. There are easier and better methods of farming if the right knowledge has been acquired.
Mechanized farming is an advance schematic within the Medieval Engineers Research Tree. Which upon unlocking mechanized farming there becomes available a couple new blocks to make the farming life easier. There is the Plow, the Seeder and the Harvester that can be used along side Engineering to help make farming a lot easier.
Note:The growth time of crops are not effected by this method of farming and are still the same as listed on Simple Farming.
Mechanized Farming
After learning Simple Farming along with some Engineering there is an endless amount of possibilities on how to mechanize farming.
This is an example of stationary circular farming equipment with all three of the mechanized farming tools built into it.
This device only needs to be pushed or pulled to use any of the three devices. The Plow requires activation before use and the Seeder requires seeds of which crop you wish to plant.
After deativating the Plow and filling the Seeder , the equipment can now be used to plant the crops.
Looking something similar to this:
Now the crops are fully grown.
Should now look something similar to this:
Its now time to simply use the Harvester to collect all the crops. Which will result in the field possibly needing to be plowed again if the field gets dry.
Now its as simple as repeating the process to obtain your crops in a more effective and efficient method.
