After spending long hours of Simple Farming you probably have grown weary of all the manual labor. There are easier and better methods of farming if the right knowledge has been acquired.
Mechanized farming is an advance schematic within the 
Medieval Engineers Research Tree. Which upon unlocking mechanized farming there becomes available a couple new blocks to make the farming life easier. There is the 
Plow, the 
Seeder and the 
Harvester that can be used along side Engineering to help make farming a lot easier.
